Purpose:
This site tries to provide a focused set of on-line information resources
for the hobbyist interested in independent escorts in Colorado Springs and
points south along Colorado's front range. This site is intended to be a
directory, providing focused links to other resources on the web, rather than
generating new content in it's own right. However, some new content is
provided in the context of the blog
and tips. Hopefully, the value added is
in the focused nature of the links / information (focus on the CoS region and
on indie escorts). This site may be of little interest to experienced
hobbyists, but hopefully it will be of value to the newbies that tend to
irritate the heck out of some of the more experienced hobbyists on the
boards. In that sense, maybe this site will provide a service to the
more experienced hobbyists by deflecting some of those annoying newbie
queries.
Detailed reviews of resource websites (in
decreasing order of utility to this audience):
- The Other Board
(TOB). It's forum
is the best place to get the latest scoop on our area of interest. Of all of
the boards it has the highest density of information for this
audience. You still need to wade through a lot of Denver-centric
information, but such is the plight of living in Denver's long shadow.
It's reviews
are also some of the best for the area. It's forum and
review search engines are adequate, but not great. My biggest gripe
with the review search engine is that there is rather cumbersome to search for just
CoS-specific reviews like there is with TER's review search engine and that
the default list of reviews wastes a column the reviewer's State which is
always CO -- they should make that column be the city (which would be WAY
useful).
But with diligence you can usually find what you need to know,
especially if you are searching for reviews on particular ASPs.
- The Erotic
Review(TER). I've found TER's review
search engine to be the most valuable part of this site. The discussion
boards are okay, but don't expect to find much of direct relevance to
CoS. Of course there are region-neutral topics on their boards that
you might find valuable. To get an overview of CoS ASPs reviewed on
TER I found the "provider contact information" portion of the
review search engine to be the most useful. By just filling in
"Denver" in the "city" drop-down (CoS not available) and entering in
the 719 "provider's area code" and scrolling down to the press the
search engine at the bottom you get quite a set of CoS ASP review (click
here to do it). Of course, to get the real scoop you have to pay
(or provide 2 reviews per month) for VIP status, but you can glean some
information from non-VIP status. And the TER review search engine has
LOTS of other options to suit your searching needs. Folks on the TOB
forum note that TER reviews might be more fantasy than fact due to the fact
that TER offers VIP membership for hobbyists who provide 2 reviews a
month. As such it is believed that many hobbyists provide false reviews
to get that 'freebie'. These false reviews aren't necessarily slanted
more favorably or less favorably for any given ASP, but they can provide a
false sense of the number of reviews for a given ASP and for the services
offered by a given ASP. One other shortcoming of TER's reviews
are that the 'stats' (the non-prose part of the review) are defined by the
first review for the ASP. Since YMMV and the ASPs skills may change
over time it is difficult to give much credence to this portion of the TER
reviews.

(P411). Primarily a reference service, but it
also provides information for the hobbyist. The number of (quality)
ASPs in CoS utilizing the service seems to be growing. From the Client
Options page, entering "Colorado" and "Colo.
Springs" into the search engine gets you a reasonable set of ASP
information. Of course, membership gets you more useful
information. Information on the pros/cons of the Preferred 411 service
can be found by searching TOB forum archives using "Preferred
411", "P411"
and "Preferred411". |

Provides decent coverage of CoS
Escorts. The search engine has a number of options and can narrow down
things to CoS in a straight-forward manner. It's sister site, EscortBoards.net
provides a space for ASP ads. I find the ads tedious with all of their
ALL CAPS, acronym-filled catch phrases, but I'm not into searching for the
'specials', but if that's your thing than this might be the site for
you. Also their is no convenient way to get CoS-specific

CO ad board is a Colorado-wide search cluttered with mostly
Denver-based ASP ads so you have to sort through lots of extraneous stuff,
you can always search
it based on ASP name or search on "Springs"
to help narrow things down, but the search only checks the ad title and
unfortunately there are many ways to specify Colorado Springs. |

but some variety from the other sites.

- is a 'sister site' to cospringsescorts.com. It was introduced Jan
2007 and at that time it seems to be pretty much a clone of
cospringsescorts.com with the addition of a bulletin board for ads and
general discussion.

- Not a lot of CoS-specific ASP information, but some. Some new
information (not found on resources) listed above can be found, but not
much. (Generates annoying pop-ups).
- bearsboard.com -
Pretty sparse on CoS-relevant information, but you can find some.
"Available
Now" has the same old ASP ads cluttered with mostly Denver-specific
ads. A "Springs"
search helps narrow that down. The reviews
are board-based and again the CoS-specific information is very sparse.
The colorado
discussion board has very little, if any, CoS-specific content.

board is yet another ASP ad board that is Colorado-wide, mostly
Denver-centric. The board search using "Springs,
CoS, ColoSpgs" can narrow
things down quite a bit for you. There is a collection of Review
Boards. The review boards receive a low to moderate amount
of posting - some relevant to the Springs. Unlike other review
boards it has review boards for TS/TV/Shemale, BDSM/Fetish, Male
Escorts, Gentlemans Clubs ans Spas. There is a General

adventurous and lucky, then knock yourself out. Seems like too much trash to
sort through and too many risks for my taste. Some hobbyist like the
adventure and claim to find up-and-coming gems amidst all the noise
there. But they all say you have to do your research (even more so)

gets very mixed, and generally bad reviews on TOB for its track record in
this area (source of many scams & rip-offs). A "Springs"
search reveals very few ASPs and those are generally not reviewed at all on
TOB and TER, or are very poorly reviewed. If you are going here be
extra diligent with your research.

Adult Directory - Escorts World Wide - There are

Colorado
Springs directory of escorts contains lots of entries, but most of the
providers are in Denver and don't in fact visit the Springs. This just
looks like another scam site trying to harvest email addresses to sell to
spammers. It looks like most of the escort entries are harvested off
